Do you know which equipment belongs to you and which equipment belongs to the city of Rocky Mount? Any customer-owned equipment is the responsibility of the customer to have replaced or repaired.
For Residential Overhead Service: The city of Rocky Mount is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the service equipment in blue. The repair and maintenance of the equipment in red is the responsibility of the customer and must be performed by a licensed electrician.
For Residential Service: The city of Rocky Mount is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the service equipment in blue. The repair and maintenance of the equipment in red is the responsibility of the customer and must be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor.
