State Transportation Improvement Program
The State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is the ten-year transportation plan for the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The STIP includes projects from across the state for all modes of transportation. The 2020-2029 STIP includes over 1700 projects, dispersed across all 14 Highway Divisions within North Carolina.
